A Chartered Accountant and ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant, he holds a Diploma in Accountancy from UiTM and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His career includes key leadership roles in prominent financial institutions such as Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad, CIMB Aviva Takaful, and Uni.Asia General Insurance.
Most notably, Mr. Zukhairi has served as Managing Director and Trust Officer of Labuan INS International Trust Ltd since 2013, and is a Principal at Cardfile Management Services. He is well-versed in corporate governance, statutory compliance, and financial performance oversight—critical strengths for steering DIGITAS LLP forward in the digital asset and professional services domain.
